Being located in Tighnabruaich, we’re privileged to have some of the UK’s best drinks, fresh seafood and locally farmed meat on our doorstep. Our Head Chef, Scott, and his team create seasonal dishes, freshly cooked using the finest local ingredients wherever possible. Their passion for premium produce and the perfect flavour pairings is showcased in every dish that leaves the kitchen, as you will soon discover.  

 

In addition to our lunch and evening menus, we have an ever-changing Chef's Specials menu, offering a platform to new and exciting recipes and seasonal produce that we’re sure you won’t forget.

  • Fish is supplied by A&D Johnson, Tarbert, Loch Fyne.  Some seasonal fish are caught in local waters 

  • Seafood is from Neil Prentice Seafood, Tarbert, Loch Fyne 

  • Some of our meat is supplied by local butchers McCaskie of Wemyss bay, Campbell’s of Oban, and Mackintyres of Bute

  • Our Selection of Scottish Farmhouse and Artisan Cheeses are supplied by Ian J Mellis, Edinburgh  

  • Free range eggs are supplied by David Marshall, Blairmore 

  • Bread is supplied by Blacks of Dunoon 

  • Vegetables are supplied by Breckenridge, Oban

...the best food we have had...

From the moment we arrived our stay was just great, the best food we have had, and a full hot breakfast with haggis and black pudding just set you up for a day on the water. The owner even let us use her tandem kayak, as we had only brought one with us, our doggies, Skip and Bella, loved every minute, and we loved it so much we are going back in July, and we cannot wait.
